The book had well organized material and worked perfectly for my nursing research class. The content helped me to write my own research paper with a proposed study for future research. Some definitions were a little vague, but I just used the internet to fill in the blanks.

BEWARE!!!! The version of this book has NO PAGE NUMBERS. I sure wish they would have told me that before I purchased it for my kindle. It's an epic mess to try to find a specific mess. The kindle version is not worth the time, money or frustration.
This was a requirement for my nursing school. I have absolutely no interest in nursing research and found the book extremely boring... If you have a strong interest in the subject then maybe you will like it.
Required textbook for a class
A book that is about writing should really be meticulously edited. In the first chapter alone I found three errors. The author is redundant. I wish my course administrator had chosen a different text.
Actually, this book is super boring. It is the required text for a required course. I do appreciate the quality of the book, and the prompt delivery and service.
This is a great textbook, author has a nice writing style. But, I only uses location numbers, hard to follow when the professor uses a page number for reference!!! Most textbooks you download have both page and location numbers these days. I would not recommend purchasing version for class until they upgrade to page numbers.
Mandatory text for nursing research class. It's good for helping you read and figure out the journal articles but not good for having to write one.We had to write a review of literature and there was nothing in this text to show us the way to do that.
